Here are some steps you can take to use the Law of Attraction:

Set clear intentions: Decide on what you want to attract into your life. Be specific and clear about your goals and desires.

Focus on positive thoughts and feelings:

Visualize yourself already having what

you want, and focus on the positive

emotions that come with it. Avoid

negative thoughts and feelings, as

they can attract negative experiences.

Practice gratitude: Be grateful for what you already have in your life. This helps to attract more positive experiences and feelings.

Take inspired action: Take action towards your goals, even if they are small steps. This shows the universe that you are serious about attracting what you desire and can help to bring it closer to you.

Trust the process: Have faith that the universe is working in your favor and that what you desire is on its way to you.

Let go of limiting beliefs: Let go of any limiting beliefs or doubts that may be holding you back. Focus on your positive intentions and the positive outcomes you desire.

Remember, the Law of Attraction is not a quick fix or a magic solution, but rather a way of aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions towards the outcomes you desire. It takes practice and patience to see results, but with dedication and focus, you can attract positive experiences and abundance into your life.
Muhammad Salman Naeemhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10406920517782889589noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5932755159020016344.post-8991333874773621702023-02-09T02:28:00.032+05:002023-02-15T01:48:44.195+05:00Memory tips and techniques

Memory Techniques

The best way to learn and retain information is through repetition, learning new facts over and over again until they become a habit or routine. If you want to understand how you should store information, it's important to know how knowledge transfer takes place.

To memorize something is the first step toward retaining that information for longer periods of time. There are many different ways in which your brain can store information. Your memories are formed from three types of brain pathways. These include sensory, short-term and long-term memory (Porter & Lerner, 2006). Sensory memory refers to the storage and retrieval of information about objects that we see and feel. Short-term memory stores information on a temporary basis (about 30 seconds) before it is forgotten. Long term memory refers to information stored about 15 minutes before being lost.

The more you practice these memory techniques, the better they work and help you recall more details about what you're trying to remember. It's also important to learn how to take breaks, since frequent use of certain techniques will affect how well they work.

1. Make Lists: Make notes on everything you need to remember and then try to keep those notes somewhere where you can easily access them when needed. List all the things you plan on remembering in one list. Then, if you forget one of them, make another list and continue with this process. This method helps improve your memorization skills (Porter & Lerner, 2006).

2. Use Brain Training Games: When you play games involving thinking and problem solving, try taking out time to do so during your free time. Problem solving involves identifying problems within your environment and using creative solutions. You could take a break and just think about some of your problems from this perspective instead of doing research about their causes and solutions.

3. Try Flashcards: They may seem complicated to study, but flashcards work especially well for people who want to study by rote memorization. In order to remember and learn new information, you'll have to use this technique when studying at home.

4. Keep an Organized Mind: For instance, when reading, be organized. By following a simple rule or structure, you'll allow your mind to focus on the task at hand rather than wandering around aimlessly. Keeping a notebook and pen handy is essential for keeping track of all the ideas you've collected throughout class. Also, be sure to write down any thoughts you come up with during the course.

5. Take Breaks: Remembering new information requires you to continually make changes to your mental processes. To keep active, you must give yourself a chance to rest and refresh. Most often, taking a few moments to reset your mind through meditation or other relaxation techniques can help you retain the information for longer periods of time. For example, breathing exercises such as deep inhales and exhales can relax your nervous system (Porter & Lerner, 2006). It's difficult to stay focused and mentally alert while studying. However, there are several effective methods you can use to help you remember during your studies.

6. Find Ways to Distract Yourself: A distraction may not necessarily be something you intentionally do when trying to learn something. Some distractions simply require less concentration and effort, since they're easier to maintain. Some examples include watching TV, sleeping, chatting with friends, etc. Some forms of distracted learning include playing video games or listening to music. You always have options to avoid distractions when studying, even if you don't want to. Don't force yourself to study, because it won't work. Instead, choose a distraction and concentrate on your goals.

7. Get Enough Sleep and Exercise: Proper sleep and exercise can help stimulate your memory, since both activities affect how quickly your mind operates. In addition, proper sleep and exercise allow your body to replenish itself between short bouts of activity, meaning that the amount of glucose you consume decreases and energy levels increase. As a result, you wake up refreshed, which allows your mind to switch gears back to higher activity levels such as learning.

8. Avoid Alcohol: Although alcohol has been shown to increase your attention span, there's no evidence that drinking too much can actually help improve retention rates for information. If you drink alcohol, it's best to stick with moderate amounts and refrain from heavy drinking in order to reduce overall dependency.

9. Limit Your Stress Levels: According to a recent scientific study, stress overload can interfere with the functioning of our brains, including our ability to learn new material. Many of us find ourselves under a lot of pressure at times, and it can cause a negative effect on how ready we are to handle study material. Try practicing self-care for a short period of time each day. Do your homework, read a book, calm down and meditate periodically. Resting and calming your body will ease tension and anxiety. Taking care of yourself physically and emotionally in your daily life will lead to greater enjoyment.

10. Stay Hydrated: Drinking enough water every day helps prevent headaches and keeps your body hydrated. Being dehydrated can negatively affect your concentration abilities and slow reaction times. Consume plenty of water, or replace half your fluids with juice. The recommended amount of fluid intake per hour for adults is two tablespoons. Staying hydrated is crucial for maintaining balance, staying focused and avoiding fatigue.

Muhammad Salman Naeemhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10406920517782889589noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5932755159020016344.post-8787180950466795342013-05-23T15:12:00.003+05:002013-05-23T15:12:58.214+05:00Change
But remember it is us who can change ourselves, transform ourselves. You can't change by merely buying any self help book or any course. The real aspect which brings change is the Will to change and the targetted and well focused ACTION!
So what are you thinking right now. Just focus on what you want to become and then analyze what things you need to get there. Make a list of them and then take an action and start accumulating the required skills, expertise and circumstances one by one.
Choose the desire. Aim for it. Plan for it. Make realistic goals to achieve your aim. Break goals into milestones, milestones into targets, targets into tasks and tasks into actions. Then take actions and achieve your Aim!
Remember a successful mindset is required to stay on course and to stay positive and persistent. Make successful thinking a habit and see the results yourself.
Hey you are still reading this...........? Hurry up and just get up and take an inpired action and leap towards your AIM!
Andrew Carnegie
Andrew Carnegie is the one behind Napolean Hill and He is the person who made Hill to carry out and perform the work and research over the topic of Law of Attraction. Here what He is saying is absolutely correct. Whatever the mind can conceive, it can achieve. Now its up to us whether we cultivate a crop of negative thoughts in our mind or flood it with the positive ideas that will bring changes in the outer world for us. Remember the first step to change is to change within. Only then we shall get the results without. The whole Universe lies inside us. We just need to plunge into ourselves and make the change and the results will follow!
GO WITHIN AND RECEIVE WITHOUT!Muhammad Salman Naeemhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10406920517782889589noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5932755159020016344.post-82711931201317804762013-03-19T08:59:00.001+05:002013-03-19T09:00:32.960+05:00Feel good anyway

Life is full of joys and sorrows. It offers many opportunities and at the same time, it gives many difficulties as well. But the most important thing is our reaction towards life. If we are able to stand against all odds then we deserve to receive all the goods as well! Remember its our response to the situation which will determine our future endeavors.
Our thinking has a great impact on our life. Our subconscious mind attracts what we feed it via our thoughts. If thinking is positive, positive is attracted. But if thinking is negative then the same will be attracted. We must be consciously aware of our thoughts and we must flood our mind with positive energies. So that our mind can attract positive energies and hence the positive will happen.
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going!
Whatever the circumstances are, whatever the situations are, whatever the results are, always find the feel good factor in them. It is very important to feel good in any situation to attract good. Make your feelings positive, good and constructive and the same will start to happen. Keep the faith and recondition your thoughts and responses. Best of luck. :)

The life is full of distractions. There are joys, sorrows, temptations, leisure, pleasures etc to deal with. These things can easily distract us from our goals and when our goals get out of sight, that is where the problem begins. To keep ourselves on the right track we need to have a faultless and strong focus. When we totally focus on our duty, it gets easier and our efficiency increases as well. So that our chances for success get better. Focus is the most important ingredient of success.
It is said that 'hurdles are the things we see when we move our focus away from our goals'. So always stay focused. Keep your mind's eye on the big picture and slowly and steadily but efficiently march towards your goals. Stay focused, stay happy, stay productive. Best of luck

Life is full of hardships and hurdles as it is said that it is not a bed of roses. Everyone is working for the survival. Patience and endurance are the essential attributes to win and succeed in the life. Our mind works on what we feed to it. So with patience and endurance we can focus our mind towards the goals and can achieve them. Temporary failures don't matter as long as we are trying. But if we quit, we actually fail. Failure is not for those who try, but for those who give up.
Most of the life failures are those people who did not know how close they were to success when they gave up.
So guys don't become the part of those failures lists. Just rise up, work hard, show patience with endurance and get to the top.
GO THE LAST MILE AND ENJOY IT!
Best of luck

The word NOW is one of the most influential words in life. It represents the present moment. The moment within which we are, the moment which is the deciding factor, the moment which we can control, the moment which allows us to manipulate it to secure our future and to make a happy past. We can't control past or future. But we can control our present which will influence the past and future big time. So lets grab this moment and take the best out of it! Just get up and do what you want to do, plan what you want to plan and achieve what you want to achieve. Avoid indecision and unleash the power of NOW right now! Wish you a very best of luck. :)
The most fascinating result of such curiosity was the revelation of the law of attraction!
Napolean Hill, The Legend, invented and promoted the law of attraction by interviewing and observing dozens of World's richest men of his time. His research was astonishing and amazing. The law of attraction was all the result of big dreams and unwavering faith to make them come true.
Infact we are:
'The masters of our own fate, captains of our own soul'
The law of attrraction has three steps or requirements:
1. Ask
2. Believe
3. Receive
In order to have what we want, we must decide and establish what we really want badly with a burning desire. After the decision just live the dream as if it has already happened. Of course live it, enjoy it, pour your emotions into it!
After that believe in what you have dreamt of. No matter how tough the going is, how disappointing the circumstances are, just keep believing and make preparations to receive. It is belief actually that works.
In the end just receive the fruit of your unwavering and strong belief.
It all can happen if done with faith, hardwork and consistency. So keep your dreams alive no matter how big they are. Always dream big. Best of luckMuhammad Salman Naeemhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10406920517782889589noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5932755159020016344.post-42489007317800843252013-03-08T17:24:00.002+05:002013-03-08T17:24:31.015+05:00A winning attitude

WINNERS NEVER QUIT AND QUITTERS NEVER WIN!
A winning attitude is the most fruitful attribute for every individual who enjoys the flavors of winning. In a sense winning becomes a habit of such individual. He wins like he is always ready to receive it. When a winning attitude is obtained, winning becomes the 2nd nature of Mr. Attitude!
The question arises that how can an individual build and develop a winning attitude?
The answer is quite simple and straightforward!
An individual, by changing his responses to the circumstances and the outcomes of the events, can develop a winning attitude. Temporary setbacks and failures should not be treated as permanent.
As Napolean said: 'Victory belongs to the most persevering'.
After every setback, the person should stand up and start working again till he gets what he wants badly. There is no shortcut for success. In order to win we need to go through the process and go through well by working hard and smart. If we keep our focus on the task and slowly and consistently march towards it then success is bound to come! So keep going and grab what you want! Best of luck.
